Bib Transfer
We will once again allow bib transfers, which can be done through your RunSignUp account through mid-January That is about 3 weeks before race day and will give us enough time to print the bibs, mail them to our timers for their tags, and then get them mailed to us in time for packet pickup.
Please note that all transfers must be completed by then and that only the registered participant can use any specific bib, so if you transfer your bib or you do not have one transferred to you and you haven’t registered then we’d love if you could come volunteer but ask that you not bandit the race.
To transfer your bib to another runner:
- Sign In to RunSignUp
- Go to your Profile
- Click “My Registered Races”
- Click “Manage” next to the registration that you would like to transfer to another person
- Click the “Transfer To Another Runner” menu item
- Fill out all required fields
The person you are transferring to will then be able to claim your position in the race. There is a $5 fee to process bib transfers, paid by the recipient of the bib.
Please note that the recipient of the bib must signup before the deadline or else they will be unable to run in the race. Note: Bib transfer is now over.
